NationalState House to Build Second Industrial Skilling Hub in Karamoja to Empower More Youth
State House Comptroller Jane Barekye has announced plans to build a second Presidential Industrial Skilling Hub in Karamoja to meet surging demand for vocational training. During an assessment visit to the Napak District hub, officials also appointed a regional SACCO manager to oversee the President's Shs50 million revolving fund for young entrepreneurs.
